Shipping policy

We aim to process and ship orders within 2 - 5 business days of payment receipt, excluding weekends and holidays, Pre-orders are shipped within 7 - 14 business days of payment receipt. Please be aware that estimated delivery times may vary. Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details upon dispatch. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, and any delivery issues should be promptly reported to our customer service team for resolution.
